Webscape Gardener is happy to provide ongoing support for your website, including routine maintenance and updates, consultancy, meetings (online/face-to-face), development, or editorial support.

You can pay for ad-hoc work as you need it, or choose a maintenance package.

All the essentials to keep your WordPress website running smoothly.
  • Uptime monitoring

  • Note: Transactional websites (e.g. membership / e-commerce) are not eligible for the Basic package

  • Up to 2 hours development, consultancy or editorial support per month

Worry-free monitoring plus priority support.
  • Priority support
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Weekly WordPress updates,
  • Continuous malware scanning
  • Ongoing performance monitoring + suggestions for improvements
  • Automated broken link checks + any issues fixed
  • Up to 4 hours development, consultancy or editorial support per month
  • If un-used, up to 1 hour of support time may be rolled over to the next month
  • Annual Site Review, including performance summary, plus observations on your site content, structure and design.

Please note:

All Maintenance Plans are for a minimum of 3 months. The ‘Extra’ plan is only available as an annual plan.

Prices given above are per website per month (or per year). If you have multiple websites that need support, please contact me to request a combined quote.

Support hours will not be rolled over if un-used, except on the Extra plan, where one un-used hour may be rolled over each month.

Payment for Maintenance Plans must be made monthly/annually in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

To cancel a Maintenance Plan, you must give at least one month’s notice.

A rush fee may be applied for urgent work. This will be added to your next invoice. Alternatively it may – at my discretion – be deducted as ‘hours’ from your allowance.

If your website was built by someone other than Webscape Gardener, I may need to carry out a site check before accepting it for an Maintenance Plan. In some cases, there will be a small fee for this check, depending on the complexity of your site.

Ad-hoc Work

Ad-hoc work is charged at £35 per half hour, or part thereof.

A rush fee of up to 50% may be applied for urgent work.
